Once the listing agreement is executed, simply let us know that it’s time to send the disclosures to your clients, and we’ll handle the rest.

OFFERS & COUNTERS

We’ll take care of sending offers to your clients for signature, as well as handling any counters along the way.

ESCROW IS CLOSED... RIGHT?

AFTER COE DUTIES

Even after escrow closes, we’ve got plenty to manage, including:

• Obtaining the final statement from escrow
• Handling any late final walk-through forms
• Ask for the MLS Sold Status
• Communicating with the compliance department
• Creating an email and text log
• Archiving Glide and Docusign
• Closing out our TC tracking system
• Following up on payments to ensure everyone is paid
• Preparing and delivering a digital file for you and your clients (if requested)
